General Policies:
For custom made jewelry there is a one year guarantee (no returns).
For vintage/ antique jewelry, they are sold as is condition. Since the products are old, they will vary in condition from piece to piece. Please read the product descriptions carefully and e-mail if you have any questions before purchasing.
For other products we are happy to exchange your order within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items must be un-used and in good re-sell able condition. You will be refunded the cost of the items less shipping. Be sure to E-mail us for return instructions. Should you return due to an error, you will receive a replacement, or refunded in full.
